Ed Maglasang

Ed Maglasang brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial banking, leasing, asset management, and corporate finance, with a specialty in troubled assets across office and retail properties. As Commercial Leasing Director at Novus Development, he completed 89 lease transactions totaling more than $12 million. He previously served as CFO of Hanley Industries and Niagara Worldwide, leading financial operations and capital funding. As Missouri Community Bank President at Peoples National Bank, he built a new St. Louis branch to $70 million in assets within three years. Earlier, he held senior commercial lending and asset management roles at Regions Bank, Meridian Pacific, Heartland Bank, and First National Bank, managing loan portfolios exceeding $100 million.
