
Ed Maglasang is a seasoned finance and commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in banking, leasing, asset management, and corporate finance. He recently served as Commercial Leasing Director at Novus Development, completing 89 lease transactions valued at more than $12 million.
His past roles include CFO positions at Hanley Industries and Niagara Worldwide, where he led financial operations and capital funding initiatives. As Missouri Community Bank President for Peoples National Bank, he launched and grew a new St. Louis branch to $70 million in assets within three years.
Earlier in his career, Ed held senior roles in commercial lending and asset management at Regions Bank, Meridian Pacific, Heartland Bank, and First National Bank, managing loan portfolios exceeding $100 million.
