Malik Simmons is a real estate professional with a Finance degree from Harris-Stowe State University and a master’s in Real Estate Development from Saint Louis University. As the youngest partner at his firm, he manages over $100 million in assets across Missouri and Illinois and has completed $9.4 million in sales since 2020. Malik is pursuing CCIM and CPM designations to further his expertise in commercial real estate.
Passionate about giving back, he created an internship program for students and co-launched a housing initiative with Harris-Stowe and Royal Bank that helps students graduate with both a degree and homeownership. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and the St. Louis Realtors Commercial Division.
