Malik Simmons is a Partner Associate focused on commercial real estate in Missouri and Illinois. Since 2020, he has managed more than $100 million in assets and completed $9.4 million in sales. Mr. Simmons holds the CCIM designation and is pursuing the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Harris-Stowe State University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Saint Louis University. He established an internship program for students and co-launched a housing initiative with Harris-Stowe and Royal Bank that pairs degree completion with homeownership. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Division.
