Brandon K. Smart, CCIM, SIOR

Brandon K. Smart is the Founder and President of SmartEquity, Inc., one of Missouri’s largest minority owned, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firms. Since establishing the firm in 2019, he has directed more than $100 million in commercial real estate transactions. He advises corporations, financial institutions, investors, and developers across investment sales, leasing, strategic advisory, and property management.

Brandon holds the CCIM and SIOR designations, two of the industry’s most respected credentials. He is a past President of the St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial Division, a St. Louis Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, and the 2025 St. Louis REALTORS® Commercial REALTOR® of the Year.
